In an effort to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) as low as possible, we don't print paper catalogues. Instead, we have an extensive selection of furniture on display here on our Website. Security
How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
None of the customers who have shopped at Sleepzone Furniture have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. The reason shopping with us is so safe is that we use SagePay for all online credit/debit card transactions.
SagePay automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
Ordering And Payment
How can I place an order?
You can order online simply by clicking the "Add To Basket" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button which takes you to our order form. If you have ordered from us before you will be asked to login with your username and password. Otherwise, you will need to register with us before you order. This is simply to save you time when you order from us in the future and also so we can send you any details of future offers we may have. We do not pass your details on to any third parties.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express cards.
Do Sleepzone Furniture’s prices include VAT?
All prices quoted by us include VAT at 20%
Delivery
What is Sleepzone Furniture’s delivery policy?
The prices shown on our Website include VAT but are subject to a home delivery charge. We only use our own transport or dedicated furniture carriers who have experience of transporting such items. Home delivery charge is generally £40 per delivery although some areas of the UK may be greater than this. You can find a list of our charges on the ‘Shipping’ page.
When can I expect my order?
Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer. We generally quote a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, as most items are manufactured to order. Larger items and special order items may be subject to an 8-10 week delivery time. This is generally considered the norm with virtually all UK furniture retailers. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time.
What if I'm unable to take delivery of my order when its ready?
If you are having work done in your home please be aware that building projects are frequently delayed. If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture when it is ready we will store it for you free of charge for up to 6 months, as long as the items have been paid for in full.
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect. If this occurs you must inform Sleepzone Furniture within 48 hours on 01132 444499 or use the Contact Us page for other ways to get in touch. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through our Customer Service Department (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorised).
What if an ordered item is missing from the delivery ?
If this occurs you must inform Sleepzone Furniture within 48 hours on 01132 444499 or use the Contact Us page for other ways to get in touch.

How do I contact Sleepzone Furniture
Sleepzone Furniture can be contacted by email email by clicking here or telephone on 01132 444499. Our customer service centre operates between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Emails received during these hours will usually be answered within two working days.
What if I have a complaint?
We are determined to provide the easiest and best way to buy furniture online, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at SleepzoneFurniture. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience of shopping with us, please tell us by email or telephone us on 0800-0857904. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and will do our very best to resolve it speedily as possible. Where a complaint has not been resolved within one week, you will receive weekly updates on its progress.

How will you use my personal details?
Sleepzone Furniture has a strict policy of keeping all customer information entirely confidential. We will never pass your details on to a third party.
What is your service/warranty policy?
All of our products have a minimum of one years warranty. We’ve put our years of experience in the furniture business to good use by selecting high quality products that should not need warranty service. However, we do understand that problems do sometimes arise. If this is the case please contact our Service Department on 01132 444499 to discuss your problem and we will do our best to rectify it for you.
Shipping
What happens on day of delivery ?
You will be contacted in advance to arrange a date for your delivery. We will position the furniture as directed and remove all packaging materials unless you decide otherwise. We only use our own transport or dedicated furniture carriers.
Can Sleepzone store my furniture ?
If you are not ready to receive your furniture when we contact you, Sleepzone offer a free storage facility for up to 6 months as long as the goods are paid for in full.
